is there such thing as morning break or coffee break? sepatutnya takde. but that’s the practice here. pagi asal kul 9am ke atas mmg standard ofis kosong sbb org pegi minum. biasanya kalau ada kesedaran sikit, takdelah pegi sekali semua. at least patut tinggal 2, 3 org jaga opis. tapi kalau time semua org lapar tu, mmg peak time lah kul 9 smpai 10.30 ofis sure kosong je.
if u ask me, i agree and dun agree to morning breaks. to me, if u choose to go 4 breaks earlier, dun go out during lunch. finish ur work during lunch to cover back de morning break. tapi kalau pagi keluar minum, then tghari nak keluar mkn lagi…ape citer?? in my ofis, only the officers always go back late at nites, to finish some ad-hoc work, or during persidangan dewan negeri. since we dun have overtime allowance, this is how we cover back all the sleepless nites we spent during dewan. so, i think it’s ok for the officers. we deserve it!! tapi it’s different case for the staff. everytime they go back late, they claim OT. and then, mmg seldom lah diorg balik lmbt. unless kalau sdiri yg nak balik lmbt berborak, berasap dsb.

so, ape jadik pada rezki diorg. hanya rezki yg halal akan menjana generasi yg baik. selain dr tu, membyr zakat pendapatan pun perlu. utk membersihkan rezki yg kita perolehi setiap bulan. manalah tau, ada yg terambik masa kerja utk hal-hal peribadi. atau menggunakan reta ofis utk kegunaan personal.

as for me, dulu selalu gak guna phone ofis utk personal. sbb dulu takde kesedaran. selalu rase yg it’s ok. ape kita buat tu tak salah. lgpun, that’s a way of claiming back all the extra hours we’ve spent balik lmbt. tp hubby ade advise, pastu i dun do it anymore. even using pens also i’m particular not to use ofis pen for personal. but in this case, using ofis pc to write my blog? ermmm….point to ponder
