this is not something that i’m good at. i can be BOSSY, yes..but it’s far from being a good boss. the thing is, two of my officers (both ladies) are having unresolved issues with each other. and since i’m new there, both of them have confided or shared their unsatisfaction with me, separately! in the beginning, i can listen, and i’m taking ‘wait and observe’ approach. but to the extent that they are passing their work to each other like a ball…? one say, the other person should do it. then the other person keeps telling her what to do. what the..? i feel like telling them off…i don’t care what u guys think of each other, i don’t care if u have issues with each other, i don’t care who’s going to do it…i just want the work done!!! but i’m sure they’re going to hate me if i do that… *sigh*
